| What did you get in your paycheck this year? Raises, bonuses...
I recieved my standard 3% 'raise'. Yea me. Sometimes I feel like pounding my head against my locker. I can bust my butt all year long and get 3%. Or you can do minimal work and get ..... 3%.
Anyway, I increased my 401k contiributions by 1%- hoping to help out that retirement number. (But if I'm here until I retire, I'll end up killing myself first!)
We 'should' get a bonus this year, maybe a couple hundred bucks (taxed at roughly 45%).
Pretty much standard for this company.
I really have to go back to school and finish my Phd or do a career change I think.

| Well, since I write my own paychecks, I did not get a bonus this year and in fact took a 40% paycut from last year due to adding some new employees and equipment. Hopefully it will pay out in the end.

| Our increases and bonuses also come in March/April. Raises are typically 1.7 - 2.2%, with the rest of what we should get going to the insurance company in the form of ever-increasing health care benefit costs. The difference between being a hard charging go-getter and a reactive loafer who does just enough not to get fired is about .3%. There is a bonus based on overall company performance that has been running just over 4% the last couple years. |

I guess I'm still trying to recover from going to one income... it's been intersting. Also- trying to build my retirement plan. Right now I'm looking at socking away about $3Mil if everything goes well. I'd like at least 5 so I can travel. Of course, how much traveling I'll do at 65 is still up for debate.

| $50 bonus + got paid for all unused vacation & sick days! My one year anniv. is today so i'll see what happens (hope for at least 3%).
I used to work for a well known Japanese T1 auto supplier. I worked crazy hours, saturdays & was on call all the time. Best I ever got was 3.4% raise one year. |

| Last year, before we divested from the oil company, I received a bonus equivalent to 33% of my salary plus stock and stock options totalling about 20% of my salary (vesting over several years) plus a 4% raise.
That was then this is now: no bonus, no stock or options and no raise until October.
