If this is the same red bj40 series cruiser in Guatamala with top down and driving into a backoed ditch filled with water saw it last week?. I had to laugh pretty hard when watching it. Now my quesiton is how deep can a 60 sink into water and still bit hard into the rocks and mud before it starts to float? Saw another utube vidio of a much newer cruiser going into a river and then it started to float with the nose pointed into the water. It slowley floated with engine running then drifted to the other side and drove up onto the bank.

Also, what other areas of a engine can water get into it and shut it down? I know the 3b like in my engine has a engine vent tube comming out the side. I though of welding on or even putting on a ruber tube and attaching it to the snorkel if I install one. Is this a good idea?

What about the valve cover? can thay let water in?

In my experience my HJ-60 come to float if the water go over the door mid line, for sure, I don't have any cap in my TLC body.
