hi-lift rebuild thread

Can some one help me find the thread concerning a rebuild for a hi-lift jack? I have been searching , but nothing comes up. I some-what remember a real good thread (w/pics),just cant seem to come up with a wording that will locate it for me. Or maybe it was a video? Thanks :

I have saw those videos.. But I remember a better rebuild thread somewhere. Might have been on that "OTHER" 4wheeler site.Will keep searching. Thanks again!
