Fridge mount on front passenger side?

Is it possible to remove the passanger seat and mount a fridge/freezer in it's place? Has anyone ever done this, is it legal, could it possibly be destoryed if the airbag deploys?

I ask because I travel solo. I would set up the back for sleeping quarters and the rear passanger seats are for the dog and other side for gear, so I figure lose the seat?

What do you guys think?

I imagine there is plenty of space for a 43 qt. I couldn't see any problems with an airbag either. If you thought there would be just disconnect the passenger side bag.
