Yes we are a chapter. As far as i know, we were never on the list of chapters even though we joined as a club years ago. I never much cared about making a list as much as i wanted the club to support the TLCA.
As a local car club, we just want to get together and wheel. We meet monthly and abide by the TLCA bylaws. We have not had anyone regularly attend the phone meetings, however, that is something Glenn and i have discussed. I will bring it up at our next meeting for the club to talk about.

I'll get a hold of Glenn. Our monthly meetings are the first Monday of the month 7pm at Pietro's #2 next to Pacific Hardware in Vacaville off Merchant St.
