Snow wheeling

Anyone up for some snow wheeling?

I heard the local mountains got 4" and we should have a smaller storm dropping a few inches in by next weekend.

That reminds me, I need to get some chains.

Lyttle Creek is a fun quick snow run. It gets crowded with the all of the regular vehicles wanting to play too. Once you get to an area where they can't follow, you can get out and play.

Yeah, I haven't found inexpensive chains for 35's. A groupbuy would be sweet.

My Dad scored me some chains at the Salvation Army for $10
But I don't think they will fit when I move up to 35's

Has anyone had chains slip off? I know you should retension them once on but I have heard they can slip off and cause some bad damage to your suspension. I usually air down in the snow but I am thinking about chains too.
