What a find!! (somewhat off road related)

Went mountain biking this AM @ Chino Hills and was extremely lucky to find this!

Been riding since 1994. Never ever found a deer horn. If you've ever been to Chino, you'd know that there are a ton of riders and its like Disneyland there on the weekends. So, i consider this a pretty rare find IMHO in SoCal. I just happened to look down in the brush at the right time. We also were heading down a dead end section that nobody travels.

Just thought i'd share. PS, its beautiful there right now. So overgrown and green its simply amazing. The single track brush was up to our shoulders and we could barely see the trail. Looks nothing like the normal dead brown it usually does.

It is super green from all the rain this year, was just admiring the "green" hills around LA today myself. Nice relief from the normal "dusty grey"

Chino Hills is awesome, cool place and a haven for wildlife. Some guys I know actually think there's some wild boar back in there...cant say if they're right or not, but that would be pretty crazy to have em this far south. Nice antler, how many points? From that angle it looks like a nice 2-point, maybe 12-inches?

Pretty cool. When I used to ride alot in the hills by my house, I'd have deer run across the trail in front of me. Wait 'til you haulin' ass down a hill at dusk and that happens. It's a little un-nerving
