Is that stainless muffler/pipe?
Hard to tell from the pic, but is that dumping outside? I highly dislike exhaust being dumped anywhere under the vehicle. Looks like it's cut pretty short of the bumper.
Doubt it's gonna cause any problems, but I tend to be a bit on the paranoid side when it comes to things that can kill me.

As long as the cab stays closed, you're fine. Unfortunately it's not completely sealed.
For driving down the highway, no big deal. For slow wheeling...maybe an issue. Maybe not. I personally would not want to take the risk.
Carbon dioxide is especially nasty because you don't get rid of it quickly, so even a very small leak can build up to toxic levels.

Ah, was no biggie. I wheeled the heck out of it with windows down at crawl speeds. Now with the 4Runner we had or the Sequoia with stock exhaust and the windows down, including the REAR, it is flat out nasty at highway speeds...or potentially dangerous due to exhaust fumes entering the cabin to be more exact.

That is why I recommend just doing a stack up one of the back corners....

OK........ Stainless, Yes. It kicks out just under the rear bumper same as stock it is just rucked about 3 in higher. so I wont drag it on Xtream angles as I did w/ the stock set up... not worried about CO2 intake... I do appericate your concerns!
