Bumper Transportation
Hey looking for anybody that will have room on a roof rack or trailer that could haul my rear bumper out of Mcgrew to their house in Medford or Grants pass. Dirtgypsy is bring it down on his roof rack and it won't just fit in the back of my 60 so I will have to come get it the following week. Thanks josh

Like a stock bumper or is it some crazy 8 million pound ARB
My roof rack may be empty, or it may have a tent cot on it.... If need be we can probably make it fit either way.

I won't be around then, I'll be on the trail! Hmmm, a good safe drop spot would be nice that way he isn't hauling on the run or down to camp either. I'm right in town but it would have to go behind the gate and not sure on my wifes plans. Knolly's yard is cool but might be hard to find. I will think on this one more.

Any chance on calling up the Obrien store and just asking if you can store for a day or 2?
If your willing or need to go thru Central Point or Meddy then no problem, but its out of the way.

Any idea on time Friday? If I got that window narrowed down I could probably arrange to slip into the garage no problem.

Worse case my wife isn't going on this run so there will be people at my place on and off all weekend I could PM fairly easy directions I'm 2 min. off the 5 and only three turns. But it pretty rurral once you hit my road... Also I don't have a garage, but there is plenty of yard to stash it on if need be. If need be I could drag my trailer in, but wasn't planning on using it.......although sleeping in it is kinda cozy...

I should have the mom in law at the house until 2:30 and I can have her push the garage button. Is there any wiring for lights on the bumper? I have a puppy in the yard

I have Pm'ed Dirtgypsy to see what time he will be threw Grants Pass. He is only heading that far south. Here is a pic of the bumper, think you can get it on a FJ Rack. I'm also making arrangement for this thing because if the Baby don't come soon, no Mcgrew for me. Garett no wiring so your puppy won't hurt it.

Can slip it into my garage no problem as long as he comes by here before 2:30, I will let mom in law know to open the garage then shut it for him. After that wife is home and do not want to ask her to wait around for a bumper I can't afford to lose more points

Garett,
Talked with Clint and he does not know the time he will be by. Do you have access to your backyard from a gate that he can just hide it behind, so nobody has to be there.

That could work too, the dogs should let him in as long as he doesn't let them out. Best to have him shoot me a call or PM and I can sent this up with him.

I'm out. We still have not had the baby. The due date was the 17th and it is now the 20th. The wife said that it was my decision to go or not, but I'm not dumb. Anyways I can't do that to her or the new bundle of joy, just think next year we could be celebrating its first birthday on Mcgrew.
Garett I'm assuming that you have heard from Clint (DirtGypsy) by way of PM, he will also have a Grey Center Console for a 60. I will be up to get it and the Bumper as soon as I can, within two weeks or sooner. Could you grab my swag bag also. Thanks for helping me out.
Kief I planned on bringing the 10 bucks I owe you to the trip, it will now be in the mail today.
Well looking forward to next year, If there are anymore runs planned for the club this year Hopefully I can make it. I was going to bring up the idea of making it to MOAB as a club. I need to make those plans in October for Vacation Purposes. Well have a good trip.
Josh
