Head count on pre-run
Just trying to get an idea of who all is attending without having to read thru 4 pages!
I am in with my 8 year old boy. Friend (Sammy for those that know him) is coming either shotgun or driving his J**p and wants to join the club. My Dad is taking my/his 40 down too. Some Wheeler's Off Road peeps may be down there too.

Are you speaking for me?
Yes for me and the .
Additionally I've been e-mailed by two people, so put 'em down as "probably."
First is Sue (via another JSC member, though she wants to get her own). Not sure if she will have a truck so she might be a ride along.
Second is Ken.
G: Sounds like this might be big enough that we want to hammer in some "official" times and plans.....

I'm looking at a huge maybe, I will post on Thursday night if I'm going to make it or not. If you don't hear from me, I won't be there. If you like I could call someone that is going to let them know my status. I'm not sure that I'm going to get off of work until 4:59 on Thursday when I drive out the gate.

I'll be there solo. I have offered to let Al ride shotgun. If he brings the 40 then I will have an open seat.

This is an official club event but I don't think we have had one yet where people have gone and now this would be their second. Rules are you can attend an event and a meeting to check us out and then after that you have to join. Although at the moment we are a brand specific club by membership we in actuality are NOT a brand specific club. Other vehicle owners can join if sponsored by a Toyota owning member in good status. They can join with an associate membership which limits them to not voting for office or sponsoring other potential members. These rules set forth to keep our club a Toyota majority since we are a TLCA chapter.

That's 8 so far out of 22 members of which only 18 will possibly vote. Two more YES votes and it will be a majority.

Someone has way too much free time on their hands
Or wants to make sure things are done by the rules

I'm supposed to be working right now but you can see where me priorities are. Come by and grab your hat and FTF prize before I toss them into the McGrew raffle!

Talked to Kenny and he said he and Chrissie would be heading down for sure. He also wants to join the Friday run on the TLCA McGrew trip.

G,
It looks like our exchange student is going home on the Monday after the pre run and she and the wife have other plans for me. What is the date for the real deal run? If I for sure can't make I need to get some parts to you from Joel - he said he was going to make it to the pre run. I'll let you know for sure but its not looking good at the moment.

No probs Jesse. Official run is either July 24th (Friday) or 25th (Saturday) depending on what day you want to run the trail. Potluck dinner and raffle Saturday night and then overyone begins heading out Sunday morning.

Update: Social engagement Friday evening. I'll be driving in Saturday AM for the start. Have I missed specific directions to Sourdough? I will probably be dragging Al along for a nice cushy 80 ride on the trail.
