Kenny, who has a red FJ40 has a mini truck parts rig that I sold him a while back. He lives in Grants Pass, if you PM me your phone number I'll pass it on to him.. I don't know if he wants to sell but it might be worth a shot.

GI Joes or Joes nowadays
Heard on the news they are going into chapter 11. Honestly haven't looked to hard into that fact, other than LOTS of sales there now. Popped in today and pick up some tools and whatnot. All very cheap and 50%-80%.

I use TurboTax for me and my friends and family. Got ours deposited within 10 days of filing. Not to rub it in

alrighty,
scored a 3.4 off craigs for 250$.
downside is there are no wires or accessories.
so i am looking for the following
ECU (federal mt 2000)
throttle body with tps and iac cable not TBW(throttle by wire)
alternator
starter
flywheel
2wd t100 oil pan and pickup
blower
headers
etc
i am not trying to swap this by mcgrew run or anything, got to still put a roof on my house.
however it would be bitchen to have it by the 2010 run
thanks guys

Bazooka EL 8"
So I have been debating on the route to take. Pretty much have decided the Bazooka EL 8" will not be installed (came from my Scion), and mount my PG ZX600ti and JL w7 in the LC.
Im not good at fab'n some things and running wire.
$50 Take the bazooka EL with wiring harness. -or-
Free, take the Bazooka EL and help me mount my PG amp in the factory location, and get +/ground/RCA wire routed (I will have all wire for it available) wherever I can fit this thing.

Just throwing this out there.
I've got a 1982 Volvo sedan (244 GL) that I'd like to get rid of. 2.4L NA Diesel, manual w/ EOD. Body is straight and rust-free but needs paint bad. Has a few issues: Passenger window motor is out right now (I can put it back in), ODO not working (broken gear in the housing as the speedo still works), sunroof doesn't open all the way, glow plugs are sketchy. Interior is clean but old. I'd like to get $800 out of it. PM me or email if you want details (wagons dot ho at gmail dot com).

Wow, I didnt know that I was being tracked! Yes, it was my PTO and I am trying to locate a gear for the buyer. Are PTO gears for the 4 speed that rare? I have been hearing stupid prices for something that has no demand. Someone should have a pile of 4 speeds laying around and I expect that one of them would have a gear.

Neat thing about 'mud is everybody has a name tag except you can't see us cheat.. I thought I'd seen your name come up before.
PTO parts are tough to come by. I sold a '55 pto to cruiserguy a while back. Too many unobtanium parts for me to mess with. I've looked for the gear but only have found the spacer.

My friend has a full set of 4 chains for 285/75/16's. He used them once for 10 minutes to bust through a berm and that is it. He is selling his H3 and wants to off load these. What are they worth? How about $190? Local pick up or mud ship only.

I bought my chains that (barely) fit my 315's for $75 each, new.
Been watching CL for chains. $20-$40 per set (so $40-$80 for all 4 tires) seems to be the going price, anything higher than $40 and they don't seem to sell.

looked it over a bit and got the carfax from OB-1 in NC; locked, 132K black/gold/"wood".
looks clean enough, new radiator which raises a flag, but maybe it was not catastrophic... needs a valve cover gasket too. Newer Schwabe AT's, stock and clean, rockers look straight..
I was looking it over for a friend who got the wave off from his financial division ,
