Travis and I are (tenetively) planning on finishing this up on Weds. Probably sometime between 1pm and 4 PM (rough estimate).

Anyone who wants to come over is welcome.

You know now that I think about it . . .

. . . this just seems like a lot of waisted work. I mean after all if you would just give it 6" of lift none of this would be needed : )

But if I got 6" of lift, that just means that there's more extreme stuff I can do that I'll need my belly plate for!

When I get off my lazy duff and measure it!

Why, want Travis and I to build you one? I'm already talking to someone in Cali who wants one!

I could provide the steel, some and a bunch of "help" if you guys get into doing a couple more, make a weekend out of it or something...
{...sliders, I want sliders.... welders are cool....}

did you post what the rough size was before cutting, and how didja manage to get it in the back of the lexus?

Not to speak for Travis, but oh well I'm going to anyway... I think he is up for fabbing things for all of us, he enjoys it and likes to hone his skills. The only thing I'm throwing out there is make sure we help pay for some tips for the plasma and whatever his welder needs (wire or gas, I don't remember). He is one to just jump out and help without asking for anything, which is way cool. So I am the one letting all of us know to help out on things he won't ask us for, not that any of you wouldn't but we might not even think to do it with the anticipation of a cool fabbing project going on.

With that said, it looks like Tim is going to be first in line for the next fab project

I know he needs a new tip for his plasma torch. If someone could post what type to buy, I'll pick one up for him.

Welding? When? where? And do I have to provide my own gas?
I only have two 20oz CO2 tanks (maybe an hour or so of welding time on them).
Too lazy to buy a *new* Argon bottle : (

While I'm at it I have a trac bar I need to finish, DOH
