I plan on heading over and stopping in Las Vegas. It is the 1/2 way point for me. It may become a wrenchfest in LV to help a buddiy get his rig back on the trail, it may not. It depends on his schedule.

From LV I will meander to Moab.

I will probably leave Moab on Friday or early Saturday and head back home.

I got back last night around 4:30pm. Had a blast but didn't get a chance to wheel too much. My rig did not pass Tech inspection. Long story there.

Met a bunch of mud board members and saw the largest collection of built land cruisers in one spot that I have ever seen. Kinda made SnT look more like a parade.

Pics soon.

Misc highway pics.

Top one is and the south enterance to Virgin River Gourge just north of Las Vegas.

Middle pics is rolling east of Tahachapi. All the windmills were spinning. It was very windy.

Bottom pic is somehwere in Utah. This sounds weird but it is hard to tell if you are going uphill or down hill on some of these areas. The mountains make it deceiving.

Marlin at Hurra Pass.

We were contemplating running to Chicken corners or not. We had to be back at camp in a few hours for the Vendor fair.

Marlin has been coming to Moab since 1996 and has never been on this trail. i have never been in this section of Moab so we went for it.

Baja Style. :D

Some misc trail pics.

My new suspension was killing me, it was very stiff.

As mentioned earlier, I borrowed a 39.5 spare on my way through Las Vegas from Mace. This is the first time my rig had a spare on the back and the bed and the box of trail spares and the tool box and the cooler. It felt like I was not running shocks at all. I was litterally bouncing all over the place.
