I made a buddy at work today!
Out doing an assessment on a pipeline today, and this dog came over, so I gave him a few pets, then finished at that site, got to my quad and he jumped up, so I gave him a ride to my next site, where he was barking and trying to protect me from some curious cattle. I finished up there, and he was gone. Cool little dog, makes me want to get one.

You would think he belongs to someone.

Border Collie and cattle...what an odd mix. 
Probably not a stray but cattle protection, you never know tho!

Not a stray, just a local farm dog. I get quite a few pretty friendly ones, this one was just super cool, and I thought it was neat he jumped up on my quad like it was his, and I just felt bad to push him off, so I gave him a short ride. He seemed pretty pumped about it.
