| Same here!! The mid/late August dates don't work for me since I need to be in Central America by then. I should be able to make this date though.

| Well since the date is now written in stone, shall we proceed to tell the world when and where? Post in the EVENTS section here on MUD and elsewhere? |

| Posters Etc. Would Like Me To Start On Those?
If So I Am Open To All The Picture Suggestions That You Would Like To See On The Posters And Info Card.
Just Send Me Links To Flickr Pictures And Such.
Color Printing Was Cheap I Think ($0.80 Per Color Poster)
Maybe This Year We Should Print Few In Bigger Format For Posting In Key Locations.

If we wait until the new website is up and running, we could design the poster to have a similar look.

Granite Grinder | I second that, but remember Enigma is pretty busy as the Coastal Cruiser 4WDABC rep.
We don't want to overload him.

| We ususally start setting up equipment about 8:00 a.m. and are ready for visitors by 10:00.
We usually pack it in about 3:00 and are out of there by 4:00 p.m.
