I'm still riding to work. I've bought some clipless pedals and shoes. What an improvement they made!! I nearly fell over this morning though. I need more practice. The hills aren't so bad any more.

I'm able to ride 3-4 days a week. If I could loose 10-20# by the end of summer I would be very happy!

I've started to ride my bike to work to get a little bit healthier. It is very nice to ride to work and home again. It takes close to the same amount of time as driving. I am using my mountain bike equipped with disc brakes and pedal stirrups. I think I will be getting some clipless pedals and shoes very soon.

I can't wait to go mountain biking. Last year was great, this year I have a new bike with front shocks and good brakes!
