Captains log...

Not really much to say today only hoping to hear back from Publix on a huge deal nationwide on suppling their Australian Lamb.

This weekend i cooked up a dry aged bone-in strip with black truffle oil and kosher salt and also grilled some Chilean Sea Bass encrusted with smoked sea salt and a red wine reduction...fucking awesome.....
