I'm still riding to work. I've bought some clipless pedals and shoes. What an improvement they made!! I nearly fell over this morning though. I need more practice. The hills aren't so bad any more.

I'm able to ride 3-4 days a week. If I could loose 10-20# by the end of summer I would be very happy!
