MTB seat recommendations

Any recommendations on a nice MTB seat? I'm not looking for a super light race seat.... Comfy old man seat is more like it. Anyone make banana seats for MTBs?...

I love my WTB, it's pretty comfortable and very light. I have the laser v stealth I think, most of them are good.

The WTB's are great for non-racer types... even some racers I know use it. they are quite plush

BONTRAGER RACE LUX CYCLING SADDLE NEW - eBay (item 140294372659 end time Feb-10-09 18:39:38 PST)

The saddle above came on my Trek 9.8 carbon hartail race bike. It is the most comfortable saddle I have ever ridden on ( have tried dozens including WTB, Selle Italia, Fizik, SDG, ect.) The one above is listed at $35 but I recently got one for $5 plus $6 shipping to put on my Turner 5 Spot. Second choice would be WTB - also very comfy but spendy for the high end one like I had ~$100. Bottom line, if you are going to spend a lot, try it out on someones bike to make sure......and not just around the block, ride it for an hour, at least. Good Luck!

WTB's are my second choice... I've got a Pure V on my SS right now until I can justify dropping $100~ on another Brooks.

I have this on both my road bike and mountain bike:

WTB Rocket V Pro SE Saddle

Before that I worn out 2 Sella Italia Flite Ti Saddles, I used to like it alot because it's light yet comfortable, I still have one of these on one of my mtbs but the WTB is just little heavier yet much more comfortable. I thought about getting another WTB saddle but I just don't want to throw away a perfect Flite Ti.

Granted i ride more race/lightweight oriented saddles (WTB Rocket and Fizik Gobi) but I have ridden the WTB Laser V and it's pretty dang comfy.
