| Annual Payette Draw Run 2009 - May 30th I know this is a bit early, as we seem to head up to the pines to get out of the valley when get sick of the heat in August as in years past, however since not everyone can head up to Moab in May, to start the season off - why not throw an early summer Payette Run, as well as our late season annual?
Personally, I never get tired of Payette; camping, family friendly wheelin, telling lies around the campfire - it is one of my favorite places in AZ.
If I wanted to propose a weekend trip overnighter Payett run together for the middle / end of May would there be any interest? Post em up...

Meet info edit;
The main meet point is the Maverik Gas Station, 715 N Beeline Highway in Payson, on the southeast corner of Beeline HWY 87 and Forest Dr in North Payson. Pullout time about 9:00 am.
If some want to meet and caravan from Baja, it’s about 60 miles, so pullout a little before 8:00 am. The Baja Gas Station is at 10180 N Fort Mcdowell Rd, Fort Mcdowell, AZ 85264, on Beeline across from the casino just past Shea and Fountain Hills.
I have "deliver wife to the airport" duty that morning, so maybe late, but will attempt to make Baja.

| I've got 6 days off around Memorial day, but was planning on a nice camping trip to New Mexico. I'll keep my eye on this. |

| Interested. I'll keep my eye on the date - I've only got a small window between the end of school and my honeymoon.

| would that mean we would have to bring the tablecloth, candleabras, and wine glasses?
fireside dinner for two while the rest of us croon romantic songs in the background just outside of the firelight...?
