BMAN needs another jack, what did he bend another tie rod that we didn't hear about?

nope I won a valve cover on ebay(Way back in like November) from a guy in Chandler and he asked if I knew Brandon and told me to give him this big as jack...The last few meetings I either didn't have it when Brandon was there, or I had it and Brandon wasn't there..

Not gonna make it tonight. My backs been hurting for a couple of days, so sitting in the rig for a 2 hour drive and standing around then driving back sounds like more pain than fun. Maybe next month.

Hey y'all, great seeing everyone -- what a turn out! Sorry I had to bail early, but I had fun while I was there.

OK, so I feel like a total ass. After you left I had to ask who you were. I figured you had to be "somebody" since you knew Clay. It didn't even click when you said you needed to get with Phil for your membership stuff. The rain only lasted about 5 minutes. I swear you wouldn't have melted by the time it was over.

Ass.
I wasn't too worried about the rain -- just the lightning. Weird phobia I have.
Plus, GF was sick at home, and waiting for me to bring home dinner. She actually was going to come-with until she got hit with that bad case of heat exhaustion + some sort of respiratory yuckiness. Probably freakin hanta virus.

Unfortunately I won't make it to the Payson trip but I'm gonna try for the trip in Sept.

Rhino - did you make it last nite? I brought a glass but split about 9:30. I've got some excess old brewing gear if your interested - fermentation and transfer buckets, 2 - 5 gal carboys, fermentation locks, bottle caps & capper, cleaning/sterilization gear, etc. I no longer use the stuff if you're interested, I can bring it to the next meeting.

no i didnt make it. i appreciate the offer but i have more equipment than i use right now. i only use a carboy for second fermentation and only when i'm doing more than one thing at a time. i prefer the plastic bucket to the carboy. HJ60 (jonathan) was looking for a carboy recently, maybe you want to PM him ?
i almost always have home brew, next time we get together just remind me to bring some.

OK, thanks - These things have been taking room for about 5 years or more. At least I got rid of the 9 cases of Pacifico bottles I used to rotate thru my garage

Whens the next meet? I can actually start making more of them since I've narrowed it down to the LX project instead of all 5 car projects I was working on...
EDIT: Ahh, I see its gonna be 9/17 - I'll try to get down there. Hopefully someone will recognize the mystery noise I'm hearing.

Considering I still have no back glass, and my starter crapped out this morning, I'd say that's a big negatory for me.

Prescott Valley would be great - I'm just down the street from the hockey arena.
