LC Salvage Yards In AZ?

Does anyone know of any good places? I live up in the White mtns. so I'm in for a drive anywhere I go. I'm looking for some FJ55 springs and a complete third member.

Seems like I heard something about a place near Marana?

There used to be a guy in the NW valley (Wittman area if I remember correctly) that had a decent sized collection of old cruisers... I only came across him because he had a heep tranny for sale that I needed at the time for my CJ7. Sure wish I could remember exactly where he was located as he had a pretty cool collection at that time, and it probably has expanded in the 5 or 6 years since.

Yep. Tim Hill is the man to see.

Also, Garie Chavez at www.Cruiserland.com has some neat stuff, too.

I heard a reference to Tim Hill; he is possibly the orginal cruiser head on the pllanet, he started with a new one off the boat in the 60's. I have gotten almost everything for my rebuilds over the years from him. He live a bit in the middle of nowhere, but he has the part, or can get you it, not matterr what.
If you need his number hit me back directly.

Howdy! If you are still in the market for the Piggy springs, I have a full set. They are well used and a bit flattened out, but definitely usuable, especially for a springover job. John
