Hi,
I will be coming down to Scottsdale Az for a conference on Wed, 10/7th in my LC. Was wondering if there are any camping places for me to go to near Hotel Valley Ho area. My conference runs from 10/8-10th. I would like to see if there is any 4x4 in that area or places that is a must while I am in that area. Let me know, or can call me @ 541-771-1146 or email me @ 33skfuller@gmail.com Look forward to hearing from you.

Howdy! The good news is that there is tons of good wheeling on the north side of the metro area. The bad news is I can't help you with camping locations, as I am on the other end of Phoenix. The other bad news is that the daytime temps have been running between 90 - 100+ this week. Bring lots of sun screen and ice. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun (lots and lots of sun) John

Thanks for response. After my seminar, will be looking to do some wheeling in the area, so would be very interested in any and all. Also if there will be anyone to wheel with, as I do not know the area AND from experience, not to wheel by myself, as that can be a HUGE detriment to my well-being (almost fell off the cliff w/ me and my mechanic friend!).

we were thinking about some wheeling on Saturday (10th)....
check in the Copper State Cruisers forum again later in the week
BTW, the Valley Ho is right in the middle of town, there is no wheeling "close" to it (or camping, for that matter)
