Instrument cluster needed for a '74 40

I am looking for a working instrument cluster for my '72 40. Does anyone have a spare one kicking around for cheap $$.

I'm the guy coming down from Canada (getting married in Sedona) and hope I'll run across a few of you guys while I'm down there.

I'm also looking for radio antennaes, hood hinges and rear hatch struts. There's other stuff, but I gotta grab a coffee first to help me get focused.
