| 2007 Razorback Ramble The date for the Ramble has been set! It is June 1-3, 2007. The web site has been updated for 2007 online registration.
Questions/comments? Post 'em here.
---------------------
Folks,
We'd love to have you and your family come out and drive the trails with us. The Superlift ORV Park has miles of trails from mild (stock vehicles on street tires) to wild (locked rock buggies only). It's a family friendly event, with camping and a new heated shower house on site. There are plenty of spas, historic hotels and bath houses and other attractions about 15 minutes away in downtown Hot Springs (the downtown area is actually in the Hot Springs National Park). Click here for event information on our chapter website, including online sign-up.
Hope to see you there!

| Hey guys, where are you located at? I live around Bentonville Arkansas, and am fairly new to the cruiser scene.
I've got an FJ80, and I would be interested in joining.
Thanks,
-Tim |

| The FJ Cruiser Trail Team will be offering test drives on the trails at Superlift.
Their website is http://www.toyota.com/fjtrailteams/ .
If you or someone in your family wants to try out an FJ somewhere other than the roads near the dealership, here's your big opportunity.

| Me no come! Sorry I will not be there this year. "Tear Drop!" I will be In North Carolina training for my units future deployment to Iraq In September. My dad and little bro might bring my 40 down there so she can play with the rest of my landcruiser buds from NWA, Scott, Nate Bob, and Mark. Have fun and post some pics so I can see them.
Thanks. John K.

| Just a little update...
The early registrations are coming along well. We have a good shot at topping last year's record of 69 driver registrations.
Improved camping at Superlift is full, but BJ, the manager of Superlift ORV Park, wrote that he will try to accomodate overflow to the best of his ability. His phone number is on the ORVPark.com website.
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
I hope to see you there!
-Jon
P.S.- Does anyone who's bringing a camper want to volunteer their microwave or stove top? I need to use one to whip up a batch of fresh ice cream.

| If your TLCA membership has lapsed, you can either renew online before the event, or sign up/renew at the Ramble sign-in table.

We are planning to show up Friday morning when the gates open just to get wheelin' as soon as possible. We tried calling the park about primitive spots but no one picked up. Just wondering if I need to leave my camp gear at home if the camping spots are booked. I really don't mind staying in a hotel but would rather camp.
I can't believe I'm making it to the Ramble!

I can't believe I'm making it to the Ramble! | Since nobody with the event responded, they have always allowed us to pitch a tent anywhere...Lone Star has been there for at least 4 or 5 yrs.....BTW the park will be open Thurs. if ya want to arrive then and start wheeling early Friday

| BJ (Superlift park manager) said all the improved sites are spoken for, but you might be able to pitch a tent elsewhere...just ask him when you show up.
I'm glad you guys are going to make it.

I'm glad you guys are going to make it. | I spoke too soon. I hadn't seen my wagon in a week since it was getting a bumper fab'd for it and I show up today and the rear-main is dripping oil while just sitting there, not being on or nothing. So I got to take care of that before I can set out on a long drive.

No way it's the rear main unless it's way over full on oil........now it may be leaking while running and then dripping when dead........the rear main seal is at least 2" above the static oil level.
The only oil that can leak when dead is the cooler or oil pan......other than residual oil that is left in liines/ports etc.
Butch
