Newbie needs info
I have a few questions about running some type of used fryer oil in my truck. I have a 2B diesel and will be putting a turbo on it soon.
q1) Can someone give me a quick overview of how to go about using veg in my truck? q2) What performance/efficiency can I expect from using veg? q3) what issues have come up - maintenence issues- from using veg? q4) anything else I should know about when considering this change - cost, time, etc would be great! I hope this could become a great sticky as a Newbie faq to this section if there is enough information. Thanks! __________________ 1981 JDM BJ44 RHD - Going under the knife soon! |

i'm also slowly reading through the posts on this thread, tonnes of info. sounds like it's a win win situation! cheap if not free WVO, a moderate modification on truck, and just learning how to use the system. g'luck on the process! __________________ 1991 HDJ81 VX ltd - bone stock anyone run str8/waste veggy oil on their hdj81? post up! http://forum.ih8mud.com/ca-bc-coasta...ml#post3373049 |
