Biodiesel or Snake Oil???

I stumbled across this site today, and was wondering if any of you guys had heard of or maybe even used this stuff?

It sounds like it converts WVO into something resembling biodiesel, but not quite?

Being the confirmed skeptic that I am, I have always subscribed to the theory that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Any opinions or further info would be great.
