the Fender Bulge is what looks FJC..

Kindof ugly, but i guess it will grow on me in about 5 years when they come out with an even uglier version

The one in the video was sporting those new wrangler tires on the Rubicon too!

The 4runner keep getting uglier and more expensive. I am disapointed that they are getting more expensive.

I will buy another used Land Cruiser before I drop 30k on a new 4 Runner

Cars in GENERAL are getting more "expensive", but take into account inflation. Seems to me they're right in line.

As far as looks, not sure why you guys think it's ugly. I much prefer it over the 4th gens and maybe even the 3rd? I love that they brought back the manual xfer case lever (sr5 and te). More GC than 4th gens. Just looks more rugged and less "mom"y. Personally, I'd love to get one.

Wonder what the axles gear ratio on this new 4Runner? Also if given the chance, which one will you buy a 2010 Land Cruiser or 2010 4Runner (Trail Edition)?

For offroading, it's a no-brainer. The new LC has nothing on the 4Runner.

Ofcourse, I'm talking about the "Landcruisers" we get in the US. Not the real ones overseas

Is it just me that hates test drives in SoCal??

I may be a crumudgen but why do journalists and publicists always seem to think we want to see vehicles test driven in southern Ca? It is all "Death Valley", "Salton Sea" and look at that old mine in the background. And how about that cute cacti? How bout some trees, clay and goo?

I will now step off my soap box.

I kind like the new 4runner look.

That is what I thought. It looks so promising with the rear diff lock, crawl control, A-trac, 24 gallons tank, DAC, part time 4WD, hmmm I think I'm going to get one.

I think it looks like a 200 series LC and the Highlander

I love it, its definatly a step in the right direction considering were the taco is goin these days. I mean freak, they did the rubicon! The fact that the lead 4runner engineer came over from japan to help run the rubicon was awsome!!. I personaly Love the new look. Also its awsome that they have a "crawl button" and a "Rock" Setting. oh yeah, and it has a shift lever for the 4 wheel drive. hopefully still made 100% in japan. I know the taco's are 25% made in the usa now. (just sayin)

It definatly doesnt look like the 200 series, which i think is an insult since my personal belief is the 200 series was the worst thing to ever happen to the landcruiser.

I am stolked and as soon as i can afford it (never) I am totally getting one.
