need help finding a solenoid

my buddy has a 2007 tacoma with a winch and bullbar installed from the dealership. the winch is a Warn CE M8000. He burnt up the solenoid and i'm having a hard time finding a replacement to order online. Can anyone help. I believe the Part No. is 28396.
