![]() As far as info- if you get 4WD stay away from spacers kits...if 2WD still stay away. Def. go with quality coilovers. Also you can find more pics at tundrasolutions or socaltundras Last edited by TundraSkyline; 03-05-08 at 02:44 PM. |

Front end?
The body is all fact. w/ trd grill deal and the suspension is just coilovers @ 2.5". If you're looking at a 4WD you'd need a long-travel kit to lift it enough to clear that size tire without crazy CV angles. 2.5" clears 255/85-16 on mine no problem, but more lift and you have CV angle issues. If 2WD there's no end to what you can do really. __________________ 01 Tundra 4WD |

I imagine with 37's you'd have to have some serious body lift going on.

go check out SoCalTundras for everything from mild to wild.
You can run 37's w/fiberglass fenders and the right backspacing and/or a long travel kit. With the 4wd you can run them also, but again its limited lift but a ton of travel w/lt kit. Also, there are diff drop kits for the 4wd to keep your axles lined up and reduce the strain on the cv joints. I have DH spacer lift now which is fine for clearing tires, but doesnt help with any wheeling. Im going with LT thats why I used the spacer kit till I decided which route to take. Take a look at 2008 Total Chaos Fabrication and Camburg Engineering Inc - liftkits - shocks - hella - bilstein - offroad for a good selection of Tundra specific AND useable suspension choices. Also check out Wheeler's Off Road for a good selection of mild to medium suspension choices __________________ "When all else fails, lock the hubs and head for the neighbor's lawn!" 2004 Tundra DC 4x4 - Camburg, ICON, Hella, Demello sliders, ProComp wheels, BFG A/T KO,TRD, K&N, ICOM 208H, Pioneer AVIC D3, Polk Audio, SnugTop, Scanegauge II, and much more to come..... |
