A/C turns off

What is happing? When you turn the air on it runs for a little bit then the pump turns off....any ideas?

Defective AC relay. TSB's exist on this for many Toyota vehicles.

New part# 90987-02028
Old part# 90987-02022

Here is my problem...what the heck is "TSB"

and where is it that the relay located, is it going to be something I can change myself?

Can you attach a photo of where the relay is located?

If I were to have someone do it, what would it cost?
