05 And Up Taco Allpro Slider Quesstion
So I Got My Bolt On Sliders Finally From Allpro And Was Wondering If Anyone Else Out There Hasput Them On There Truck?
What Do I Need To Cut To Make Them Fit. I Know They Say They Come Ready To Bolt On But That Isn't The Case. The Rear Mounting Plate Hits The Body Mount Bracket On The Frame. Any Help Photos ??????? __________________ 2007 TACO TRD 4X4 WITH REAR LOCKER,2 1/2 LEVELING KIT WITH DIFF DROP,BFG Mud/terrains 33'S MILD TIRE RUB, ALL-PRO SLIDERS, MANY SCRATCHES AND A FEW DENTS ![]() MANY MODS TO COME$$$$ |

I seem to recall reading about people's troubles with the All Pro sliders. But I thought it was problems with the grade of hardware and issues with the pinch weld. Can you just grind down the mounting plate a bit, or move the sliders a bit so that they clear the frame bracket?
IF there are any install pics they'd be on TTORA, or you could call All Pro and see what they recommend. |

Yeah I took some of the rear mounting bracket, but it still doesn't fit right. I'm gonna call ALLPRO in the morning and see what they say.
Thanks for you input.

Mine didn't hit the body mount, but I did buy them used, so they could have been modified. I just couldn't get in there right to drill all the holes to bolt them up, so I think I'm short 2 bolts in the rear.

Update on All-Pro sliders
So got my sliders on, no easy task.
I got the bolt ons , but ended up having to weld them on.I love the look of them, but I advise anyone who buys these same sliders to just get the weld ons. The sliders needed major trimming in order to fit in the rear, it was either that or I would have had to cut off metal on the body mount on the frame and I opted for cutting it off the $500 sliders rather then the $28000 truck. They look great and I'm going to go test them out soon.

Probably better in the long run to weld those sliders. IIRC - the All Pro bolt ons come with a flat mounting plate instead of an L-shaped plate, so you've now got a better and stronger bond.
