ARB bumper is sagging
I noticed yesterday that it is lower off the fender on one side. Bolts seem to be tight.

Did you crash into something, or slam it on some rocks? Did you install it yourself, and if so, did you drill out and install the 2 extra bolts per side that install once the final mounting position is set.
Mines taken a few shots, and seems to be holding steady in position. |

I got hit a while back - a car rear ended me into another truck. The bar has been taken off since then and the winch was installed.
I didn't put the extra bolts in so maybe i will take it off, adjust it and try adding those bolts. It's about a 1/2" to 5/8" off the fender on the passenger side and only 1/4" on the driver side. __________________ - 1983 FJ60 - 229K 2.5" Man-a-fre HD leaf springs, HFS shocks 4runner Calipers, 4.11 thirds 33x10.50MT's Wilderness Roof Rack CORN TACO - DD - 2005 Tacoma Double cab with Ethanol full flex converter ARB Front bumper w. warn winch and PIAA lights 3" Toy Tec Lift Rock-tec rear bumper |

Well more than likely it'll be 40. I'm a big fan of the wagons, but since I already have a pretty big hauler with the Tacoma, a 40 would be a nice compliment. But you never know....
IIRC - the first set of bolts to secure the bracket to the bumper were threaded through elongated holes in the bracket to allow for up/down adjustment of the bumper. The final two (per bracket) were supposed to be drilled to secure the bumper in its final mounting place. |

Are you saying the gap between the ARB and your truck's front end is increasing? Such as the space created with the addition of my TJM:

Got to looking under there and Found that the Bolts had Loosened on one side and If i yanked up on the bumper, the gap went away. Now when i have some time i will go in and drill the holes for those extra bolts. Problem Solved!
