What to look for in used 90

Hi Guys,

Im very familiar with the 80 series, but not so much the 90. I just recently moved to Costa Rica and I am looking at a 90 series, 1KD-FTV, 159k kilometers, manual tranny.

Can anyone give me some advice on pitfalls to look for with this truck? Most everything seems great, the drivetrain feels solid, engine sounds good. I havent yet had the chance to dig deep, but of course I will before I buy. What are some common problems with this truck? Are they generally rock solid? I wont be doing and heavy mudding, but definately need a truck that wouldnt mind fording a river or two when the time comes. This would be my daily driver and used to transport our infant little girl.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
Ceers
