new winter tires

I bought a set of Land Cruiser J8 steel wheels (8x16" offset 0) and Kumho Powergrip KC11 studdable winter tires (285/75R16).

I painted the wheels black/silver and wrapped tires on them.

Looks like this now:

But where is the winter?

Christmas is already gone... I want snow and ice now.

It looks really good with the new tires. What's the O.D. of those? (could not find the stro table anywhere)

I like them too. I tried 265/75R16 tires, but those looked too small to me (because of the body lift).

STRO says the OD is 834 mm, but Kumho says it´s 828 mm. So it´s 50 mm taller than original (265/70R16).
