Looking great Frank, what brand of spacers did you get?

Did your front tires rub your fenders before the spacers? I get a bit of rub under full turn and was thinking of either trimming the back of the front fender or installing the spacers.

Hey Eduardo, I went to a suspension shop here in cartagena and they fabricated the spacers for my rig.

My wheels only rubbed when I made a turn, but it was the tire rubbing on the mud flap but it was very minor. Other than that I never had any other issues. I would suggest on the spacers. What size wheels do you have???

I'm running 265s on 16x8 LX450 wheels, I'd think a 1 inch top plate spacer would do it for me.

Hey Jay, Thanks for the compliment!! I wish I knew man. everytime I say I am going back for a few weeks, it gets pushed back for some reason or another. I miss my 80, but maybe one of these days I'll show up at your place with the Prado!!!

Yeah I am running 265/75 also on the same size rim. Plus you have the lift, I think the spacer would do the trick...

Well here are the pics of her "surgery", as some of you know, my rig suffered a minor accident with a MotoTaxi, and he damaged mostly the drivers side rear door, and a little bit of the rear quarter panel. I didnt take any pics of the damage mainly because the pain would be too great to remember..LOL So here are some updates on her Surgery. I took advantage of the procedure to do some minor fix-ups to places that had become some what scratched...

ALVARO. I like the look without the running boards, but i am thinking that she is going to need sliders that way the wifey wont complain. Gonna have to order some soon.....

Well, she is out of the Body Shop, took advantage of her time in the shop and got her retouched in places where wheeling had left its mark.

I also got some new things added to her, like a JVC AVX800 DVD player, a pair of Aftermarket LED stop lights, Upgraded the dome lights to LED, and some clear side marker lights. Plus on the way from the USA, a new Kenwood 600W 4-channel amp for the mids and hi's, a 1000w Pioneer Mono amp for the subwoofer, a 1000w 10" Alpine Dual Voice Coil Sub, a JVC IPOD adapter, and a new 8gb IPOD Touch.

I will be posting pics of the new sound system, Tail lights and LED Dome lights soon.

Next mod is designing a rear drawer storage system with integrated sub, amp and dual battery.

Wow! I like your led-lights and DVD-player.

It´s shame here in Europe we have to be lights installed in bumper, because of the spare wheel (visibility angle (45 degrees) don´t fulfill). I think those are not E-approved either.

There are only fog light and rear light at left (in Europe models), right light unit in body is just a fake, there is nothing inside.

knorrena - its a factory digital clinometer, altimeter, barometer, temperature, compass, and trip computer. Its an optional unit available for the prados here in colombia. I havent taken any pics of the unit on I will post some up if youd like.
