2nd hand 90's

Hi all, i currently own an 80 that's due for an upgrade, so looking at 00 - 03 Turbo Diesel 90's, probably with an auto.

Most of the ones I've seen advertised are around the 150-180K mark.

Any specific problems to look for, apart from the obvious noises and body work? Do the autos have any specific problems around this age?
