Some specks...To make the tires fit, the back axle is moved back about 12,5 cm
And the same is done to the chassie brackets in front(my English sucks)
The body are lifted 8cm and the springs 4cm.
brake disks are "cutted"..turned?? down to make place for 15'' rims, and the brake calipter are modified...The reason why I want so small rims innstead for 16'' or 17'' is to make the tire to weld out properly...
*please point out my wrong spelling so I can learn this*....lol

You have any links to a good Norwegian/English translator online?
Enjoy seeing the pictures. You drive in a lot of deep snow?

MilorgNorwegen,
Great rig. Do you happen to have close-up pictures of the brake disk and caliper mods?

Maybe need to start making our own. I'm sure there would be someone in country that will be happy to have a go and making the glass bits.
You'd be the man to find em to I recon.

Any pics of the mods to extend the wheelbase?
Has the rear most tank be modded to make room for the rear axel move, if so how much does it hold now.

I new arctic had a shop in Norway, which would suit us to buy from, as we have access to sea freight from Norway to Australia.

I would guess it's a storage compartment with no spare in it.

The gearing in axels are changed.
And the speedometer are modyfied, with an electrickal box...
This is an orginal turbo, soo no modyficatione there YET, but are coming an intercooler soon, and a bigger exaust.
Have even plans for a kcr box ( http://www.kcr.se/render_page.asp?pa...&vehicleid=389)

Now this is guna sound really really dumb
If you can't carry a spare on the door (and I recon it won't fit in the back) what do you do when you get a flat tyre .

No problemo, remember it's a Yota, and I think their bearings is from the Tiger Tank... I know plenty of people who drive theese cars, and never a single problem with bearings. But a quik round over the grease nippels two ore three times a year is very important...(But that have nothing to do with the bearings)
Only my bad spelling, causes so crappy text and grammar...sry
