are you lookig for internals or just a block diagram of the system, In general Toyotas documentation does not go "inside the box" internals of the ECM are not spoke of in the 96LX FSM, EWD nor NCF. there is a nice block diagram fo the system in the NCF manual, also a schematic of the system.
