Uh....no. That photo is coming down off the top of Blackbear Bass toward Telluride, Colorado. Much more exciting the Mineral Basin, although Mineral Basin is a lot of fun too.

Here's a few pics from my last trip up Mineral Basin....

And how's this for an Oops. You must remember my truck has no lockers, but that normally doesn't stop me. This particular time I slipped off a ledge and the front end was bound up on the front bumper and the front tire wouldn't climb, and the rear axle was up against another rock so i couldn't back up. Yes it was retarded. Ended up taking the winch.

A little night wheeling at Uwharrie National Forrest turned out to be a little tougher than I thought with the lack of rain, seems like the powdery dust can be just as slick as the red clay mud.

Door still opens and shuts, but it's hard to get open, especially from the outside.

I finally get to post here!

Here is a video of me on fireman's hill near Carnage Canyon in Colorado. It is only really interesting at the end.

Old Chinaman Gulch (Snow Run) day after Thanksgiving. Unexpected heavier snow turned what is a reasonably difficult trail in dry conditions into a bit of a monster.

Front locker was a near essential, and still needed a lot of bump momentum as pure crawling was out of the question with the snow on top of all the rocks. Second pic isn't an action shot, but I was able to make it up and over after giving it a good look

I had the same question, almost hijacked this thread, but decided to start a new thread instead.

What kind of BFGoodrich are these?

x2. Check the rules, but I don't think you are allowed to post pictures like that without giving the story.

Not trying to be an a$$ at all, but sometimes you guys don't need to quote all the pics in your response.
