what size of bump stops do I need??

This could be covered in another thread, but to be honest, I didnt look for it!! Anyway, I put on a J spring lift with Mr Gasket up front and now I am wondering how much of a drop do I need for the bump stops? Yes the lift is three inches higher (four in the front) but should I go with 2 inch drops or 4 inch drops? Just needing some advice on this. Thanks for the info.

Personally I went with 3" 1/4" wall square tube......as hardcore as I get , I didn't want to risk ripping off a flare and being stranded in the Starbucks parking lot...

...in the middle of a curb-flex.
