I removed the IAC and went through the FSM ohm testing and it met spec. The FSM also states to feel the housing, have someone tuirn the engine off and there should be "clicks" that you can feel. The FSM actually says that - I didn't feel any clicks. I ran the OHM test and it passed. Then I performed the power test and I'll be darned if I can see the post move the first step of the four steps. Anyone know how many mm the first step should retract the post?
