OEM subtank and rear bumpers
So after a 13 gal. subtank is installed, which rear bumpers will fit without getting in the way of the subtank? I have a rear bumper in mind, but am worried that it will hinder a subtank install?
I should think that any bumper that does not require the rear frame section to be removed would fit. Thanks in advance.

If you are talking about the OEM subtank - it is VERY tucked up - designed to fit above the spare tyre. I very much doubt that any bumper design you are thinking of will get in the way unless you plan to bob your 80 and I mean bob the rear part of the body including the tailgate off ...
You have looked at the install thread on my website - it has a few pics showing how the subtank tucks up under the body - it bolts to the body not the chassis.
cheers,
george.

I dont know of any that would get in the way. I have the Slee and the rear receiver cross bars go under the tank with no interference

Worth a call to Luke at 4x4labs to see if the OEM Sub would work with their bumper...it is a great one!

I have an IPOR rear bumper fitted with an oem subtank. No issues at all. As previous posters have said, the oem sub is tucked well up out of the way above the spare tire. You should be ok with almost any bumper.

A stock sub will clear Luke's bumper.
