I fit the Razorback Steel Canopies to utes or as you guys know them, pick ups. Their quality and attention to detail for the canopy product is very nice and a good price. I've not fitted one of their snorkels before, but lets face it, as long as you can seal it up properly, the brand really doesn't matter.

Wow, looks remarkably like a Safari. And i think material quality would make a huge role in purchasing a snorkel. The one i have has seen many hard tree branch hits in the summer as well in the -15/-20 degree celsius winter weather being crushed flat some times and has never cracked. They might be alright as long as what ever plastic they use can stand up to this without cracking or you might as well pony up the extra 100 bux...... or i guess cary a box of clean ex when you crack your 200$ unit on the first sub-zero temp branch hit.

Interesting, but it's all academic unless you're located in Australia. Looking through their material, I saw where they do not ship overseas.

Agreed. Unlike the Chinese knock-off made from fiberglass, Razorback goes out of their way to describe the durability of plastic used - with a warranty to boot.
Nevertheless, I just heard back from the eBay seller and he will not ship to the U.S. so the whole discussion is a moot point. Perhaps another distributor will offer the line in the U.S. at another time.

It looks like the exact same design as safari. Even has the outline for the safari logo, but minus the logo itself.
I wonder if Safari contracts out to a company to make budget versions their snorkles or maybe Safari subcontracts out and licenses other companies to sell it's snorkle design, with just the part of the logo wiped out in the molding process.
"Manufactured" overseas according to the ad. This probably means China. I wonder if the "real" safari snorkles are made in Australia and this is actually a cheap knock off, licensed or not, made in China.
I'm starting to feel bad for Safari. This is at least the second questionable snorkle design that is a clear rip off of their product that we've seen posted here and on ebay. If it is an illegal knock off, every sold knock off is stolen money right out of the pockets of Safari and its employees.

Well I guess that those Razorbacks are useless for us unless they start shipping out of Australia...
