Need Help for Data-Certificate

Is anyone able to help me : I bought a used FZJ80 from 1994 in Sonora CA and shipt it to Denmark ( Europe ) the plan is to get it on danish number plates but the
problem is that i need an Data-Certificate for passenger car M1 with petrol engine . Do you where i can get it ? Toyota in Denmark say that i shall get it from US , But where ??
Maybe you can help me with the specefications on a FZJ80

I would get a hold of CruserDan at American Toyota, look in the vendor section to find the AD banner. He would probably know what you are talking about, I have no clue.
