I just got an 80 and the blinkers just failed. When you activate them, the flasher relay down by your left foot just buzz's. I swapped it out with one from the stealership but it didn't fix the problem. I tried the hazards and they work on all 4 corners.

I guess I can add one to your list above:
For "Hazards blink but turn signals do not"
- check that the impedence is the same for each side. I had one blinker in my ARB bumper that was out. I removed the bulb on the other side and now the blinkers (OEM) work again. ...now just need to replace the two in the bumper at the same time.
the damn buzzzzzzz is back and I can't figure out where the problem is. I've disconnected all the blinkers from the front and rear bumpers (ARB/Kaymar) and when I turn the hazards on, all 4 corners blink.
When I turn the turn signal on (either way), the relay down by my left foot just buzz's and no blinkers come on.
You'll need to upgrade your flasher. There is a thread or two by LANTANK, I think, that discuss this very issue. It occurs when you have a trailer as well. Too many lights going on at one time.
