Toyota part # 41110-60881?

Anyone know what this part # is? It is a differential of some sort, but not sure what from. A friend of mine is a Lexus tech, and he said I can have it, but he is not sure what he took it out of or what was wrong with it.

Cool. Thanks! Guess I'll start searching to see if this will work in my 80.

Nope. Freshly re-geared to 5.29 and welded up solid. Love it! Just wondering if it would make a good trail spare.
