Snorkel Question

I've had my snorkel on for a couple of years now. The screws that hold the bracket in the A pillar are working themselves loose from the plastic nutserts supplied (and used in my case) with the kit. The nutserts themselves are not working themselves loose from what I can tell. The screws won't work all the way out because the snorkel body is preventing that.

I'm thinking I can just remove the two bolts from the back of the snorkel to give it enough 'wiggle' room to be able to retighten the screws. Anybody else have to do this?

Thoughts on ways to keep those screws more permanent - thinking of either blue (which I have) or red loctite or perhaps a drop of Krazy Glue.
