power problem

when my 91 80 when i am idleing with my lights on they are dimmer than when i press the gas even a little bit when i roll my windows up the radio sometimes cuts off when im idling, i just had a tune up altinator from cruiserparts, and new belt still no fix any advise also passenger window wont roll down but will roll up when the passenger does it but when i do it rolls down

Check for corrosion at the battery terminals.
Do a voltage check at your cig lighter.
Check for hot battery cables.

The local auto parts store should be able to lend you one. If not, you could buy an inexpensive meter at Radioshack.

If you were closer, I'd offer one of mine.



Are the terminals tightened down properly? i.e. no movement?

Like everyone else has said need to get a meter and check your voltage. That will give you a starting point.
