Man-A-Fre, but their header tends to...well...melt everything within a foot or two.

If you search around you'll find some mudders who have used the MAF header with header wrap to solve the frying wiring harness issues. But, like Lane said, the OE units flow fine. I don't think they are the bottle neck on your 3FE.

The big restrictors are the downpipes from the manifolds to the cats. But I don't know how much a shop would charge to make new ones...
